African Copper declared Board Changes

African Copper Plc. announced the appointment of two new directors to the Board of the Company, David Rodier and Jordan Soko. In addition, it is announced that Michael Evans has resigned from the Board and Roy Corrans will step down from his current role of Chairman but will remain on the Board.
