Russian Tech Eyeing $3 bln Investment in Udokan Copper

State-owned conglomerate Russian Technologies and its partners in the Udokan copper project plan to invest $3 billion in the next two to three years and are in talks with banks on funding, the firm's head declared on Thursday.
