Condor Resources: Warrants Exercised-Consultant Engaged

Condor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CN) reported that the 2,010,000 share purchase warrants which were subject to an accelerated expiry date of February 24, 2010 were exercised in full, resulting in net proceeds of $402,000.
