ACMC is the parent company to its wholly owned subsidiary Anglo-Canadian Gold Corporation (ACGM). ACMC’s most recent acquisitions are a 100% interest in the Princeton Copper Project at Copper Mountain, and the Zeus Copper/Gold claims in Lillooet, BC. ACMC also has Uranium projects ongoing in the United States.
Investment Highlights
- ACMC has acquired a 100% interest in five fractions adjacent to Copper Mountain
- Princeton property adjoins the Copper Mountain mine and shares the same geology as the proposed super-pit
- The Zeus Copper/Gold claims cover 1,000 hectares with the potential to expand
- Highly accessible property with strong infrastructure
Chief Projects
Princeton Copper Project
The Princeton Project consists of copper-gold-palladium claims covering 2,200 hectares. The claims have several showings known to occur on the 100% owned properties. Samples have showings as high as 2.5 g / tonne gold, 30 to 65 g / tonne palladium, 42% copper and 150 g / tonne silver . The samples were taken by a government commissioned geologist in 1960, and have since been duplicated by a more recent sampling program. The Princeton project is also located 5 km south of the Newmont Ingerbell mine. This mine operated for over 20 years with the final year of production producing 40,545,000 pounds of copper, 83,500 ounces of silver and 27,000 ounces of gold. The Princeton region has historically been a high- yield copper-gold producing area.
Princeton Update: ACMC Intersects 102.72m of 0.138% Cu from Surface
In August 2011, ACMC commenced drilling within the boundaries of its Princeton claim group adjacent to Copper Mountain. The first hole was completed in September and drilling is ongoing one kilometer from Copper Mountain.
In October, holes 14 and 15 were completed . The property adjoins the Copper Mountain mine along its southern boundary and lies close to the proposed Super Pit. Drill holes are focused on high chargeability areas within the property.
In November, the receipt of mineral assays from the Princeton Copper Project was announced. Six holes were completed at the mineralization, all six holes were located at the Haul Road Zone situated two kilometers south from the Copper Mountain Rifle and Oriole zones.
Zeus Copper/Gold Project
The Zeus and Zeus #1 copper/gold claims are located approximately 40 km from Lillooet, BC. The claims are made up of 20 units and cover approximately 1000 hectares and are readily accessed by the all-weather bridge river road and by a 26 km long forestry road.
According to Department of Energy Mine Files, a small copper/gold resource has been defined as a result of drilling to date. Geology on the property suggests a porphyry copper/gold deposit may be the source of the existing mineralization, and the potential to expand the claims exists.
Department of Energy Mine Files also indicated the majority of exploration programs were conducted between 1983 and 1995, with the majority of drilling completed in 1995. These programs included geochemistry geophysics, mapping, trenching and diamond drilling. To date, a total of 8959 meters of drilling in 105 holes has been completed. The principal vein is approximately 2 meters thick and can be traced for 700 meters.
