Chile minister forecasts 2009 copper price above $1.60/lb

Chilean Mining Minister Santiago Gonzalez reported that he sees copper prices being higher than the average forecast for 2009 of $1.60 per lb.

The problem is how does the average investor buy this little-known metal? It is not traded as such and so the only option would appear to buy shares in the companies that mine it. Any other comments would be welcome.
