Gold Fields Exercises Right of First Refusal on Woodjam South

Fjordland Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FEX) and Cariboo Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE:CRB), the Woodjam Joint Venture 60%/40% partners, report that Gold Fields Horsefly Exploration Corporation (a member of the Gold Fields Limited group of companies (NYSE:GFI)) has provided written notice. The notice says that it intends to exercise a right of first refusal with respect to the WJV's Woodjam South copper-gold property.
